Plates are made to order once we have checked your documents, so dispatch times start from the moment your order is approved.
Personalised plates are made to your registration, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or we have made a mistake. If something is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will put it right.
We are a DVLA-registered supplier. Before we can make a road-legal plate we have to see two things, which you can upload as soon as your order is placed.
A V5C or V5CNI logbook, a V5C/2 new keeper slip, or a V778 retention certificate.
A driving licence, passport, or a recent utility bill showing your name and address.
Show plates carry no documentation requirement, but they are not road legal and must not be used on a public road.
